Suggestions about accommodation in Rethymnon
At preferential rates for conference delegates

The Organising Committee of the 2026CBC secured some rooms in certain hotels in Rethymnon at special conference rates for the dates of the conference. Most of them are close to the main street crossing Rethymnon wherefrom participants can catch the local bus to the campus while other hotels might serve better those who want to rent a car. Bear in mind that these rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Conference participants wishing to receive information about preferential accommodation rates in hotels in Rethymnon are kindly invited to contact Ms. Emmanouela Lambraki.

All inquiries regarding hotel availability, special conference rates, and reservations should be addressed via email at reservations@trendtouristic.com

Please note that availability is limited. Delegates are therefore strongly encouraged to contact the reservations office as early as possible and proceed with their bookings in due time, as Rethymno is a high-demand destination during the summer months.
